Hi, I'm Noel.
I became a therapist because therapy changed my life. It helped me make sense of my past, understand my patterns, and feel safe in my body and in my surroundings. That experience shapes how I show up with my clients now: with honesty, warmth, and a deep belief in your capacity to grow and heal.
Many of my clients are high achievers who seem to have it all together—driven, responsible, the one others rely on. But underneath, they’re anxious, overwhelmed, and exhausted by the pressure to get everything just right.
